APW - Elgin, 15J, 18S, 14K gold box hinge B.W.C.Co. recase with floral detail to center rear, initialed shield to front, white enamel SS dial, SW-LS, nickel damascene, s#5173336. Comes as pictured with a heavy 12-inch 14K rose gold chain with T-bar and with an attached fob having a green stone with intaglio-cut classical portrait held within a lightweight 10K gold (tested) frame. Gross weight of assembled watch 89.8 dwt (139.7 g). Gross weight of 14K gold chain (with fob excluded) 20.3 dwt (31.5 g). Gross weight of fob 2.3 dwt (3.5 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, fine cosmetic mvt condition overall, some scratches and fine scratches to barrel bridge; dial with some scattered hls; fine hands, minute with oxide to its spade and tip; case shows hardly any wear, some fine scratches, scattered dings to upper portion of front with the most notable being a closely spaced cluster of dings toward upper-right of portion with fine circular engraving pattern, cuvette with ding or slight shallow dent at perimeter, excellent engraving detail; tight bow, crown shows very light wear; good glass crystal. Chain and fob in excellent cosmetic condition showing little wear.
